Did you know there’s both Seoul Station and the original old Seoul Station? About 13 years ago, when I first moved to Seoul, I accidentally exited Seoul Subway Station at a spot that led to the old station instead of the new one. Inside, it was a refuge for homeless residents, and my friend and I quickly realized our mistake. We backed out and noticed the gleaming new station nearby.
Today, the old station is called Culture Station Seoul 284 and is now a cultural arts center.
