Korean spinach side dish, known as “Sigeumchi Namul” (시금치나물), is popular and nutritious banchan (side dish) commonly served in Korean cuisine. It features blanched spinach seasoned with various ingredients to create a flavorful, healthy addition to meals.
The more I have Korean food, the more I love! I did not find a single one which is too bad to have and more importantly, their food qualify is absolutely amazing. I do rally recommend to you to try this side dish. You will fall in love too.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch of fresh spinach
- 1-2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1-2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Salt to taste
Sound simple, right? But the taste is not simple like that you definitely love it.
