I did not know about Korean food at all, but after coming in Korea I fell in love with Korean food. I think, you will fall in love too.

Do you like Kimchi? Korea is very famous for Kimchi. 

If you go to restaurant and you did not have any Kimchi, it’s unimageable in Korea. If you are a vegetarian, you have a good option of it. This kimchi called as Vegan Kimchi. 

Vegan kimchi is a plant-based version of the traditional Korean fermented vegetable dish, which typically includes napa cabbage and radishes. Highly recommended to try it out!

Beoseot Gangjeong (Sweet Crispy Mushrooms)

The next I love Beoseot Gangjieong is a deep fried crispy mushrooms glazed in a slightly sweet and sour with a spicy kick. The lightly coated mushrooms are deep-fried in shallow oil. 

It’s pretty amazing if you’re health conscious and love to eat bit of unique taste. 

Nabak Kimchi (Water Kimchi)

When it comes to Kimchi, the best! Whatever the Kimchi is, each of them is best in Korea. Nabak kimchi is prepared with water that is make with thinly sliced radish squares and other vegetables! It’s absolutely refreshing!

I love you! sorry. I love Gamjajeon (Potato Pancakes). You will love it too, I guess!
